Through our sessions, practitioners work with you to help you learn how to observe, accurately record, and understand your cycle. The Creighton Model is natural, safe (there are no known medical side effects), reliable, and inexpensive. It works cooperatively with a women’s cycle and can be used to identify underlying medical and fertility issues, which can be treated by physicians who are specifically trained to work with the system.
